9 years of service
The background behind the standard.
I grew up understanding that preparation is not optional. Nine years in the United States Army as an Infantry, Ranger, Airborne, and Joint Special Operations officer taught me that 70 to 90 percent of any outcome is determined before execution begins. That principle has never left me.
After leaving service, I spent 25 years in the Fortune 500 world — VP roles at Accenture, HP Enterprise Services, IBM, Genpact, and Sutherland Global Services. I advised CFOs and COOs through consequential operational decisions, built systems for organizations that could not afford to fail, and developed the negotiation and advisory capabilities that now serve my clients directly.
My wife and I have bought and sold 14 homes of our own. I know what it means to pack the boxes, manage the timing, navigate the contracts, and sit exactly where my clients sit. When I tell you I understand what you are going through, I mean it from experience, not from a training program.
Today I serve buyers and sellers along Florida's Atlantic coast, help real estate agents build practices worth owning inside eXp Realty, and coach executives through the transitions that define the next chapter of their careers.
Three decades. Two careers. One standard that never changed. Each chapter built on the last — from the discipline forged in Special Operations, to the advisory skills developed in the Fortune 500, to the preparation-first approach I now bring to every client, agent, and executive I serve.

The Greystone Method
Clarify the objective. Adapt the route. Continue forward.
In the Army, Charlie Mike means Continue the Mission. It is the order you give when circumstances change but the objective remains. I have applied that principle to everything — leaving service, building a corporate career, transitioning to real estate, building Greystone. When the path shifts, you clarify the objective, adapt the route, and continue forward. That is what I help my clients do.
My wife was born and raised in the Daytona Beach area. Her mother lives in Ponce Inlet. We raised our three children in St. Johns County where they played competitive baseball, soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, and golf. My wife teaches in St. Augustine and we make our home in Ormond-by-the-Sea. When I describe a neighborhood, a school zone, or a stretch of coastline, I am telling you what I know from the inside.
Every engagement starts with a genuine conversation about what this chapter of your life actually requires. No pitch. No pressure. Just preparation.
